I'm a member of my local Ski Patrol and joined the committee hosting the annual Regional Meeting.
Committee members were interested in optimizing appearance while keeping the cost reasonable. Our goal was to have a welcome package complete with a folder, agenda and information printed on official letterhead, a name tag, and an optional tee shirt.
I recommended a large sticker (Left) to run across the front of a folder. This saved the printing and bindery costs of printing folders. A wide and short proportion allowed me to take up a large amount of visual space across the front of the folder, yet save on printing costs.
The folder contained letterhead that followed the same theme. The name tags (Third from left) were printed with variable data. A web graphic for social media is shown second to the right followed by the tee shirt design.
